how to get the music off cd

hi all try to find some info on how to get the music off all the Delta Force Cd's all 4 of them

what do i need
have try some thing nothen work so now asking for help
what do i need to open up to copy it to comp

did look around the web only find a lame-o delta force-movie music it was all elec-music type not even the real thing

also i need to have or make it into
.mid (format music & sound)
