agghhhh HELP

Can someone please tell me or show me a link so i can grab an image "without its background" and whack it onto another one....i canna find a thing about it anywhere and although im pretty patient my comp is gonna get ahammer at it if it says "cannot perform the operation" or doesnt allow me to copy/paste it again.....was like a hippy once now with psp 7 and adobe 6 im more like bloomin kojak...if ya can remember him...lol....anything just anything will do if it solves me problem...nervous breakdown on way.....need a chill pill....hammer is at arms reach ..lol...."to start hit any key...." WHERES THE ANY KEY?...lmao...
