[DFX2] New DFX2 Script Editing Tool

I'm making this tool online because the internet gives some handy properties to use like memory space, expandable panes, lists, good old cut and paste and more.

It may also be possible for it to work as a standalone Windows App in .hta format. Needs to be tested.

I've been using HTML for website editing for about 6 months now so with some of the tricks I've learned from that I have been compiling this...
