sb how then on this 4dxl

ok this thing looks very hard to work but i just wna know exactly how to make the tenticles then ill right it down and never ask again which will help us all lol plz give me step by step info on this and names of things might not always help mayb even describing the pics i have to click on wud b easier for me lol
