TV coax to RJ45

I'm helping my dad do some work on a barn hes building in our backyard. He wants to put a TV out there. I already ran (3) Cat6 cables out to the barn, and I do not feel like going through all that trouble again to run a coax cable.

I'm looking for an adapter that goes from RJ45 to Coax and vice/versa. I did a little searching and I found this. But what's stopping me from spending cash on it is will the TV on the opposite end still be able to change channels like normal? Can someone confirm that or help me find something else?
