[food recall] ready-to-eat turkey

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30, 2008 - Food Evolution., a Schiller Park, IL, firm, is recalling approximately 16 pounds of ready-to-eat turkey product that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.

The following product is subject to recall:
13-ounce individually wrapped packages of "Turkey Burrito Wrap." Each package bears the establishment number "P-34309" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The ready-to-eat turkey product was produced on Sept. 24, and was sent to retail establishments and institutions in the Chicago metropolitan area.
