Graphics problem

Not sure if anyone has solved this problem. I just put together a new computer because my last one was an old 2600 XP processored one.

Now I have an ASUS P5K-E Wifi, Intel Core Duo E6750, NVIDIA 8600 GTS, OCZ 2 Gig PC6400 Dual Channel and a WD Harddrive 16meg Buffer. and so on..

Well I instal JO-E and did all the update and I get bad video and on vehicles, there is like metalic reflections off of the windshields. I did all the update drivers for my stuff. Has anyone figured it out. I see in the NOVAWORLD there have been complaints about the same thing but no answers.
