eBuyer question
i placed items inside my shopping cart but i have not ordered them, i went on2 the site today and VAT had been removed from the shopping cart.. when i opened the site up using IE and added an item there was VAT added...
does that mean that if i made the order that i would not have to pay VAT as it states £0?
