Re-Naming problem

Hi all,

I was gonne rename my character 2day and i kept getting error messages... usually to change my name using character map i login to the startup.htm thru internet explorer..

well i did that and i tried to rename my character and I kept getting the error in the scrnshot attached....

i renamed it to this: ««Î¢Ê•ĈåNNøŇ»»

it said i used & " < >

but the closest 2 one of them was »»

so i tried it like this: Î¢Ê ĈåNNøŇ

still the same erorr???
so i downloaded the name editor from DFHQ utilities... and that didnt work it just froze....

can any1 help?
