Need Photoshop 7 help

Ok, So I don't need a sig this time, but I do have access to Photoshop 7 (Saved myself $700)

Is there someone out there that can give me a "quick walk through" as to how to make sigs? Our squad might be going back to our old tags and that means I have a bunch of sigs to make. By the way I live in the USA, on the east coast, and I am available around 5:30 - 8:30 pm EST.
