A Christmas sign of the times!

I live in a small village in the heart of England, it's a small place where nothing much happens although we are not far from the great city of Birmingham but I digress.

On Monday night of this week a young man walked into our local convinience store, stood patiently waiting his turn to be served and then promptly produced an automatic pistol and held the place up!

This was at 6:30 pm in the evening so as you can imagine the place was very crowded when this maniac decided to pull of this robbery and the poor staff and customers where absolutley terrified by this gun toting lunatic who it seems, took great pleasure in scaring everyone he could to death!

A sad sign of the times we live and although I know this kind of thing does happen, I think it is particularly awful at this time of year.

The S.O.B. left the shop shouting a merry xmas to all, personnaly I hope he falls down a very large hole some where and remains there for a very long time!
