Hey..any1 know how i would make my own font?

just let the "pro" font makers make them and u should just download them

make pixel fonts with your pen tool in PS. well, they're one time use unless you make your name on a transparent layer and save it, then you can open up the name and paste it on the sig.

the fonts on my sigs all started out as Arial Black

You can save vectors therefore making them more usefull than doing pixels with a pen tool...plus vector editing uses nodes and those can be tweaked and curved in seconds.
