[software] looking for something to record phone calls

my brother wife call last night and started going nutso what we feel about her? man she really can dreamup some thing not even soo

so i like to record some of these calls to ether show my brother when he away what these callls are like and maybe share with others.

i know some in the pass have recorded phones calls and like telemarkets they pull a pank on them made a big joke out of it all.

its true really no one can really get along with my younger brother wife much, she like to go on the deepend thinking up what other think or talking about her, i only like to share what is going on.

so looking for something i can use on my computer phone line to pickup and at any given time i can turn it on to record phone calls that are going on, not asker phone calls
