Think it's down again!!
I played last night until after midnight and then again about 3 am, 4 hours ago. Now I can't get on Multi Player. Not even the log in screen is coming up. |

You could always use the Babstats Lobby at: www.babstats.net or use the pinger instead of NovaWorld for Black Hawk Down series

Pinger 6.0 is the best lobby you can use these days. Nothing beats it!
I tried different lobbys but finds Pinger 6.0 to be the most reliable. Read this post on Novahq: https://novahq.net/forum/showthread.php?t=59527

Had a look at it: There is something wrong with the host name delivered by the NW UDP server telling the game clients (that's for JO/DFX/DFX2) which host they have to use (which is nw10 usually). Currently my JO client tries to access i.e.
http://nw0.novaworld.net:80/nwprepar...op_2_start.htm But ... host nw0.novaworld.net does not exist/is not resolved by DNS, it should read nw10.novaworld.net Because BHD is communicating differently than JO the login is working so far but it will hang at downloading the game list from http://nw0.novaworld.net/bhd_6.glb ... instead of nw10, which seems to work so far. i just tried it and instead of the screen I have been getting the last 2-3 days and remember before that, it just get stuck on loading to the ID and Password log in screen

Now 3 hours after I posted that update above, it's no longer giving me the ID and Password log in screen or giving me any screen messages.
It's just BACK to stuck on Connecting To Novalogic after I press M for MultiPlayer. By the way, when I posted that update above 3 hours ago, I also posted the same update in several threads on of the Novalogic Novaworld2 forum. Now the Novaworld2 forum also no longer comes up. |

Now it's back to stuck on Connecting To Novaworld after I press M. No ID/PW screen. No big gray background screen with error message written on it.

Been playing it since Delta Force 1 in 1999. Used to play online in those days using just a dial up.
Sad to see it end without even an official announcement or heads up. |

I also noticed they made several of the Novaworld2 forum not viewable anymore for "guests" if you don't have a Novalogic account to log into.

It's been down since about September 11th.
So it has been a month this time. The other outage before that was on July 12th and it lasted 10 days to July 22nd. |
