Sights off

i have just noticed ,that all of the sudden my sights are off on the M60E3, in my TFD game ,i have been plauged by dying way too much lately ,and the cause seems to be im shooting Rubber Bullets,or so i thought , what i have found is i am now having to shoot above someones head about 1ft and to the right about the same distance,to be able to hit that person , at almost any distance, i find this worse as the distance grows and im talking like maybe 100 ft from me it doesnt matter if they are standing still or moving, and it is almost impossable to hit a moving target, weather i lead them or not ,My question :Is there any way to re-adjust the sights on this gun ,without altering a file to the point that it would make Nova think i am cheating , as i dont have any desire to loose my account because of some error or bug that occured in the game , or would i be better off just reinstalling and hope it cures the problem ! which i have hesitated to do because of all the maps i have.

u have to aim differently depending on the "lag" of the server. but if u want to try to reinstall, i dont think that will help anything, but u can save your maps to a different folder, than reinstall

i cant see how server or any kind of lag would make it so that if the person you were shooting at was standing still (say looking the other way) and you shoot point blank , and you see your tracers hitting something next to him ,then you aim away from them and you hit and kill them , seems wrong to me , and like i had said , i had never had this problem before, it just started one day ,and has not changed since, thats why thought that a settings file might have gotten screwed up somehow !,and since i heard that this was a problem in BHD ,and someone had posted somewhere,(i thought it was here on this site) that you just change X setting value in X game file and it fixes the problem! i dont remember what the setting or file was that they had talked about , but i think it was on the Car-15 gun, but i havnt been able to find the post i am refering to , it might have been on some other DF site ,so that is why i posted this ,as i thought their might be a easy fix for it !,since it is very hard to remember while playing, to shoot to the right of someone to hit them ,while in the heat of the moment while playing, your instinct is to shoot directly at them ,especally if they are coming directly at you or running directly away from you!!and if you aim at them you miss, then end up getting shot by them, its killing my stats!

In DFTFD last night I ghosted out?? lol
Happen when I respawn and some reason every bad guy stand still could not even kill them ether, only the other players still walking around one ask me what am I doing inside the hill
I said what you talking about, I was standing next to him then he said I ghost out it was funny.

I hit the spacebar when I die respawned back in same place that i die at?, not at respawn point on the map In the co-op map any way I left the server came back in all normal from there on. Funny I had a body (Press F2) but seem and I was out of sink with the action going on in the server.

Personally, I would e-mail Nova and see what they have to say about it. I haven't ever heard of anything like that before. As mentioned before though, it could be "lag".
