Operation Khanabad / "seize and destroy HQ's" HOW TO DO IT!

Hi,
In Operation Khanabad i'm missing something ... i can't seize and drestroy the HQs ... I've targeted everything with laser designator and nothing ... placed satchel charges and nothing ...

Please help me when you have time ,,,
