Cell phone bill

I'm on a very old and no longer available "North America Plan" from Verizon where I can call to AND roam in Canada, USA and Mexico included in my normal monthly usage (Kickass right?). The guy that sold me the plan 4 years ago sold me the plan with free nights and weekends (+Kickass x10). I've kept the plan for this long because of the features and obviously it benefits me because my girl is from Canada. The first customer support rep says that it was only a promo and it's been taken off my account and is no longer available.

Needless to say I will be climbing the chain at Verizon in the coming days.

I'm pretty confident it will get resolved to my satisfaction. If it does not get resolved how I want it to (reinstate the free nights+weekends) i'm simply not paying what is over billed since they never sent me any notifications of my nights and weekends promo ending. I keep all those records for a reason.

Hah I remember when I had been calling the UK for hours on end every night. They initially messed up the billing and put me down for asia...my mom called me one night at work and said I don't think you're going to be able to fly to the UK this summer. AT&T wanted me to pay 900$

I flipped out when I called I kept the original agent extension on the paperwork I had and she had a very bad morning.

that's why you should always keep in mind that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Phone bills are starting to charge for everything I hate using the phone but its a part of everyones life now.

alltel been taken over by Verizon and the plan we had is still the same will have to see if they give me a heartache some time in the billing as will, no telling!

Something like that. I got a call at my old job that was this huge survey with questions about cell phones and taxes and shiz, so I figured this post would be related to that. Then we'd have to -rep attack scott for posting political stuff.

If you signed a deal (contract) with this company, and they reneighed, broke it first. even as a promo you could have A LOT of cash coming your way, see your lawyer
4 years, thats a long contract for a promo?
