Anyone did one of these?

Today at PE we finally did one and I got an 8.4 lol, and it was damn energy reducing! My friend beat the Year 9 record, at 10.10.

Unfortunately I had to opt out since I didn't step on the yellow line I was supposed to (if I did, I woulda taken longer, and therefore, would not keep in sync with the recording as good).

Anyone done this? If so, what did you get?

13/14 iirc, i used to swim a lot so had some stamina.

hah remember doin that back in school. recall my best being 10.7, i wasn't exactly fit lol.

i was all chuffed i'd made level 10 until a lad from my year went and set a new school record of 21.0 lol. bloody in human!

they train a lot they do many things that not normal be done, in some ways it inhuman fit to do things they can so.

look KB and his teamates and other arm force services personnal around they world.

to me the Arm Force (Air Born Reg) in the U.K kicka** big time, when it comes to doing things out side the limites of the normal.
