Flash and Iframe?

can anyone tell me if its possible to link buttons from a flash navbar, to an iframe?

i know how to do it in html, you just put TARGET="content" into the link code, but is it possible in flash?

thing is, we're thinking of doing a radio website, my mate has the radio sorted out so im just trying to sort out how we can use a media player on the page, and have a flash nav bar...

what kind of code would i need to include in the action script?

by the way, the reason im using iframes is because i dont really know loads of html, and its the easiest way i can think of doing it without reloading the whole page, which would mean loosing the streaming of the media player...
