my brother just dropped a grand total of $2,262.85 for building a new computer .. lol... my parents are gona go ape shit bannanas when they see it ..

he got the whole rig .. monitor and everything ..

-AMD 64 4200+ ATHLON X2
-CORSAIR ValueSelect 2GB (2 x 1GB) thats 4 gigs of ram ... crazy ..
-nVidia eVGA GF 7800GTX ... jesus ..
-creative labs audigy 2 soundcard
-a pretty good asus mobo to go with that all ..
-cd/dvd-rom and cd/dvd-burner
-all powered by a 500 watt antec powersupply

got the MX518 logitech mouse .. saitek keyboard .. the one that lights up .. and a 19" viewsonic LCD monitor .... and to top it off .. a creative labs dolby digital 7.1 surround system ....

that should last us a good few years befor it's obsolete ass hell lol
