Targeting....????

Can anyone please tell me, how in the rat's butt can I get smoked in DFX 2 hills away?!!! Is there a target lock key or something? Yes, I am relatively a noob and getting better....
I run on DSL. Is it because those guys pounding my butt back to the respawn point are on cable?

if ya can be seen ya can be hit, ive took people out at over 1000m thats like 20 hills away lol.
i have 26k dialup and i can still kick those who have dsl butt.
corse i dont go running around with trigger pressed drawing a barrage of fire my way.
i wait to the opertune moment to engage a target.
i also employ trickery and distractions to make the other people go to where they can be engaged easier.

It could be because their just damn good players bro, I've come across some outstanding players on various Delta Force games!!!!

it aint thard to hit someone at 600+ yards with a car15 or even a m203

if you shot full auto and line the round up to a target you get a hit. its call walking the rounds to target.

i seen people using MP5 doing the same thing. hit targets at 800m out by walking the rounds to target. now thats wierd to see a mp5 hit that way out.

but you got to think, if a person using a M15 shot your way other on his team may see were he trying to shot at and a sniper may jump in his rounds mix-up with the other guy. the sniper made the kill. not the AR15.

most of the time you see rounds coming from a small area, but there maybe other who are aiming at you to get a better shot at you time you die its too late, only thing you think of wtf, not knowing a sniper in the area seen were the ar15 was shooting at he jump in.

next time will not hurt any ask the guy who kill you? what weapon you use to kill me with sweet kill. you may find out they did it with a sniper rifle.

i used to play DF1 with a c.ouple of guys who taught me how to hit targets from 1500m+ with the .50 cal sniper. The bullet drop was so massive that you have to aim way above the target and the bullet took about 2 seconds to reach/.

hell yea .. i usta hit stuff like 2000 m away with the .50 in the df2 days .. i always sucked with the car though ..

I go fine and get shot at too but where no one can find me. Actually maybe lag because usally when I shoot someone they die five seconds later so since they have faster connections you die by the second.

Thanks for the input guys! Until such point as I can ACTUALLY cap someone at 1000yds., I just "noob tube" em'!!! lol
