My Design, Please RATE!

Before rating take this into mind. It is not allowed to use any GFX (except for the 2 pictures) It's supposed to be CSS and XHTML only, using no tables except for when echoing out data from a database or something. It is also supposed to be quick loading, so that way a user on a lesser connection can still load it fast. Also a target is to make it work with Mozilla Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, and Opera. So if you have any of those browsers, please tell me what errors are there if any.

Yeah, and as I am thinking about it, I really don't like the way I went about designing it. I'm going to create another design.
