hip-hop listeners pls av a listen...

hey guys, any of you's out there that like hip-hop, pls av a listen to this track and pls pls pls give your honest opinion on it. it means a lot to my m8 who made the track. hes put money away to setup his own studio, he's 18, been spittin for a few years and has been making his own beats for a couple of years.

this is his first completed beat AND recording over it.

Maybe, Faster beat...With a few tricks If hes hiphop "few tricks" he should understand

his beat is good just hiphop make it a little faster and add another beat into it to stand out more...

Yes this one sounds much sharper too i like it, You hear more blends well, Maybe if he thought of a different set of lyrics with it But the beat is good and lyrics are ok

To make it so it's not all bad, here's what I like:

• He can rap, that's a definite.
• The song all in all is pretty good

Just work on a lil:

• Chorus is nothing special
• Maybe a lil faster like Vixxy said?

I like the lyrics, but I think the beat don't go with it 100%. It sounds good don't get mewrong, I just think the beat needs a bit of tweaking. Hes got the rap voice and can spit well.

His voice sounds "hard" but the beat is a little to soft.. Dunno how else to explain it. Nice to hear some new fresh music.

the way i see it, is its his first fully recorded track and he's workin on his second at the mo so hopefully we'll see a bit of variation.

yea i have to say i love the way he spits, and i can relate to all his lyrics in that one, but like u say, there are parts of the beat that can be changed, and next time i see him ill explain all this to him properly, rather than over msn, so we'll see what happens =)
