the seller has technically done nothing wrong, the auction says 'Nearly Brand New Xbox Console Box, No Instructions'

could you scam ppl like this and not care because if they are stupid enough to bid then they deserve it?

or is this person scum of the earth?

LMFAO!!! If you're dumb enough to bid for it, you deserve it. And it plainly says "Xbox box" It doesn't say Xbox, it doesn't mention anything having to do with it, blah!

i think its kinda funny but i woudlnt if i was the guy who bid for it... but it also says... "Nearly Brand New Xbox Console Box,..." how stupid can you get... i mean this person could have put this up for sale for fun to see what would happen and someone was stupid enough to buy it sort of like the possessed paper clip i heard about a couple years ago... but if this person really meant to rip an idiot off which the prolly did then they are bad... at the same time that retard shouldnt have bought it.... in the end i am in the middle on this one but leaning more towards the guy was an idiot...

i would feel completely different if i were the guy that got ripped off though lol

btw they could have interpreted the BOX to be the Console. I have seen people refer to the computer tower as "the box."
