well i`m not that good at boards and i took all kinda of tuts but they dont work for me. i`ll try tho

The border looks fine to me, its just a basic 1px border. Move the tech about 3 px to the right and lower the opacity on it.

But other than that, I'd say it looks pretty good.

update i lowered the opacity on the tech and loved it up.

me dont see any diff really hehe
whats hard about it ?

new layer, ctrl + a, edit - stroke
3 pixel, center, choose the colour u want
then click ok
leave everything as it is
then go to edit - stroke again
1px black border, leave everything the same
press ok
then right click on your layer, blending options, click stroke at the bottem, size = 1 and colour black
simple stuff man

Font dude, change the font then it will be tight
