idk if i will by jotr because i heard almost all the servers are punkbuster servers. Im scared that ill get banned.
Once, i let my lil bro (whos 9) use my comp to play df1, his fav game, well, when i got back on my comp i had a trojan alert popup from my norton and a trainer on the desktop. i deleted it, killed the torjan with norton.

Should i get jotr and run punkbuster i dont want to waste a expensive game. I DONT WANT TO GET MY CD KEY BANNED.

good idea, also if u know the sites hes getting them from add them to restricted sites so he cant get them.

it really count if your system can really handle it, it really big and it takes a lot out of your system to play it.

best i can say try it don't use the key code online test it out first, and update it too. if you can't get it to work good for you return it to the store and get a game that will work for you.

a lot of player getting headache from trying all the setting to make it run better. save your self a lot of headache give it a try, and for god sack you have 24-48hrs in most places to return it back to the store do it. if you can't get it to work good were your happy with it return the fool game back before your stuck with it OK.

P.s don't be shock about the FPS its is really low from most cases
Low: 8fps to 14fps
high: 24fps to 42fps
avg: 14fps

Like other big time battle field type games, not like DF:BHD/TS is like. BF: 1942 and BF: Vietnam it would be around 45-80fps

DF: Serials use a smaller scale maps/terrain to play on not like JOTR and BF: 1942 & BF: Vietnam and there is other games that use really larger scale maps/terrain to play on these in most case use a lot of the system to run on. to some it will make the system lag down and the Frame rate will be low so test it out first ok.

best way i can say is to test it out is in training mode, press ~ type: fps Hit enter upper left you see your info and ??.fps see how it doing. 2x disable it (remove it from the screen).
