A woman is at a fancy restaurant, and suddenly starts choking on a piece of meat. Two rednecks in the back run up and say, "Ma'am, can you breathe?" No reply. "Ma'am, can you swallow?" No reply. So the first redneck grabs, turns her upside down, pulls her skirt over her head, pulls her panties up to her feet, and licks her hind end. The woman was so surprised, she spit out the piece of meat. The second redneck said, "Wow, I heard about the Hindlick Maneuver before, but this is the first time I got to see it in action!"
