Shore Patrol sucks

How do you finish the level?
Like I destroyed all the radio equipment I even place Strachel charges there and blew them. I get to the end put the strachels on the hull.
Boom I die.
I'm on the heli but havent taken off.
Arrg I hate this level.
The heli doesn't take off. I left it for an hour and it didn't take off.
Is there a secret place where I have to do something?
and i've only done 5/8 tasks? I destroyed the radio equipment.

5/8 ? Well you havent finished all of your tasks. So thats why the mission wont end.

Dont know all of them and cant look it up right now cuz my own comp is at the barracks and im at home...
But i know a few...
1 ( if i recall right) no Team Casualtys
2 destroy radio equipment ( can be done with shooting it. )
3 at the port kill all enemys at emplacements
4 no casualtys at troops that are brought in by helos
5 place bomb on boat
6 Get on littlebird and wait for order to blow the boat up

I thought these were 6 of the goals. I could be wrong at sum but thats due to not having my comp here.
Ill look it up nxt week when i return to the barracks

I also got caught on this one.. Make sure you destroy all the radio equipment.. I just lobbed in a grenade & thought that was it.. but the nade didn't get all of them. if you got all the radio equipment, retrace your steps & see if you missed any waypoints.

trick is have a rifle with a scope on it to snipe or aim at them mounted 50cal's from the hilltop your set then m,ove down there and do the rest of it. taken them 50cal out your on a timer do it from the hilltop were you can see them better from.

after you set them charges up move off the dock back to the hill then blow it up then go to the little bird and fly away.

don't blow it you have the order to set it up ok. then after blow it up.

think it this way that ship is loaded with Ammo a lot of Ammo you have to be a long away from it to live ok, if your near the little bird (small helo) you die go pass it to the hill side then blow it up. then head back to the Small helo your finish.

Follow everything katana said above but I think he is missing is the crates that are on the dock. You need to destroy all the crates that were off loaded from the ship. Some are near the .50 cal emplaced weapons and some are need the gangway to the ship. Then plant the satchel in the ships hull (watch out for enemy in the hull) then get on the littlebird and blow up the ship.

hmmm i had to throw the satchels in the opening at front of the boat b4 it would let me go

When i got to blowing the ship i waited till i was in there air on the mini bird then blew it and won!

Mr Luberman is right about this one it happened to me when i was one of those "Lets rush through the levels so i can ruin the games feel" kind of guys but now i know to go slowly an savor the game make sure you blow up every bit of radio equipment ok ? if it makes a noise blow it up !lol!
