yeah. comments would be nice. i am changing some stuff right now, removind drop shadows and lowering opac on patterns. also i am workin on changing the borders to go with the banner better.

Fragnine, the name sounds familiar for some reason.

Anyway, its pretty plain to be honest. The scanlines are too overpowering. They are on everything. The black/red isn't bad, but I would suggest changing the tan color to grey. It would look better imo.

Try adding some text effects to the buttons. They are too plain. Its not bad considering that I don't see you making to many web templates.

a lot better, but take the grenade off the layout. also change the text on the news bars. the dots aren't too appealing.

the reason fragnine prolly sounds so familiar is because its the site me and ringer and a few others from here use to run until our hosting got shut down. but yeah, we had like 100 members in the first week or two. thats prolly how you heard it.
