I was wondering whats the best way to get into making sigs (or pics in general) thats cheap (as in free), and (as files go) preaty small. like under 5mb. if theres anything please let me know, as i am poor (no money for ps) and on dial-up (no speed to dl good stuff)

ummm i think theres a program called GIMP thats free off the internet, duno how big it is and stuff about it, but a few people here have used it
