Can't select anything in Novaworld

When i try to play DF2 online, I can't select any of the servers or games, the only things i can select are the 3 'Novalogic report' links at the bottom. Why is this. I thought i'd try here first as Novalogic support are F@&*ing useless!!

are you using the game with a no-cd patch or is your game a copy?....try uninstalling it rebooting and then re-installing it...use the "large" install when asked...and you do have the disc in the cd rom if you aint using no-cd patch dont you?...sounds daft but b4 i used the patch i kept clicking the shortcut and trying to play lol....
