[DF2] Best MED for DF2

What is the best version of MED for DF2 as a noobie starting out? Been having a great time playing COOP and I want to take a crack at contributing some new missions.

i use the med that comes with the DF2 EVO v1.06

I think the best MED is this one(v. 1.43a)...it has many more things than the original one. I used this to make my custom missions.
