Add MG, Grenadethrower in the Map
How can i had the MGs, Grenadethrower, and so in my Map,
I didnt found them in the dfbhdmed. (its for BHD)

And how can i make them higher (on a tower or so)

use the unlocked MED - see utilities on main page

make em higher using the 3d wireframe view - see the MED manual for details
