ok me asking for help now DVD troubles

still working out bugs in my Aunt PC: its ether the TV-Card Kworld 878TV or the Grafic Card Geforce 2 64mb i have to update can't play any DVD in here system do to some thing has to disable output connection when playing DVD in her DVD-Rom's. really starting to bug me some what i had it fix but i had to redo her system down grade it from Windows Xp pro to Windows Xp home version.

i can't seem to play any DVD in here system at all. some thing to do with output has to be disable to play DVD in her's

i had it fix but redoing her system for 2 days i getting to me.

think it her TV-Card, or the Grafic card.

really think its the Tv-Card.
