the 1 thing I don't like is when the lightning flashes and his eyes glow, the border glows too. Try and fix that.

ya agree with edge - animations wicked but try to get rid of the glowing border and make his eyes glow blue

use a little tweening between your frames..it will make your animation run a little smoother
