parachutist coming in too soon

Is there anyone who can field this? I am trying to trigger a group of parachutist to come at a certain condition. But as soon as I enter the game I see them spawning. How do I set it up so they will only come when red team is less then a certain number? Thank you.

use a teleport event, teleport them from somewhere on the terrain to ur specific point @ +100m

teleports wont work in multiplayer

if im right theres a trigger box on the left were you can say that he will be activated if there less then X players.
To do that click on the jumpers and then click on the highlighted txt on the left bottom.
