New squad looking for new memebers

Im looking for afew Good players that are above the age of 17 or is mature about his game play and is dependible/ realiable.. im looking to start up a good, fair, complex squad that will have different kinds of ranks
(Military with different positions from Squad leader to Battlion Commander and different rolls in the squad....with about 9 teams,, 3-4 man teams called Company's (i.e. Alpha...Bravo....Delta etc....what im looking for in a member is someone who knows how to make a website, designs etc...I know how to make the website but i need some help...(Webteam)
