how do i put a border on a sig with adobe photo 7.0?????

[Hustler]

add new layer
select it
fill with black (or any color)
select polygon lasso tool
draw desired border (must go all way back to start)
press delete (this removes middle)
deselect
control/click on layer to select it all
then add whateva effects you want

Or if it's a border round the whole thing .....
select all (cntrl + A)>>>>>
edit>>>>>>
stroke>>>>
then choose colour, position & size
