Finally some snow!

Interesting to drive home today, one garbage truck had missed en exit in the roundabout. A 24 wheeler lost control right in front of me ending up on the wrong side of the road with another 24 wheeler coming towards thfirst 24 wheeler. H managed to get it straight again, still on the wrong side of the road and then manage to get it back to the right side again just before the other 24 wheeler is about to dirve into him. Thankfully it was a great driver that managed to do something thats almost imposible. The reason to him losing control was because he used the breaks but he didn't have a choice There are a few downers with snow but the ups are way more!

Here's a photo of the snow thats fallen so far, still snowing.

I like snow when I am seven years old and I can build an igloo, a snowman and a slippy slide to run at.
Haven't been seven for a while now though.
Now all I'm thinking is how much will my heat bill be and will my roof stand up to it?

Ain't being a grown up grand?

tractor (10) and trailer (8) has 18 wheel as it is, but a double trailer as 8 more wheels on it

the tractor as 10 wheels on 5-each side of it, and the trailer come with 8 tire on it so it makes it a 18 wheeler

so the only thing i can think he means by a 24 wheeler is a double trailer the tractor is taken on the road

10w tractor
08w trailer double axles
08w trailer double axles

thats 26 tires in totally

he must mean a a trailer with a single axles to them be that be 4 tires to it then and not 8 tires each trailer

still thats
10 tractor
4-trailer single axles
4-trailer single axles
18?

or

still thats
10 tractor
4-trailer single axles
8-trailer double axles
22 tires?

think a car trailer has more wheel to it to take from a car MFG to a dealer ship has way more but i never pull one so can't say 100% how many tire the car trailer will have to them, way more then your stander trailer would have i think maybe 3-4 axles to them? don't know
================
i was a trucker driver for 18years, but never heard any one call them 24 wheeler weird

i use to say i am 18 wheeler that is pulling a double, they got to be crazy to pull them in the winter time on the highway, thats nuts it will not break very good on snow down roads or black ice for that matter....fish trail like crazy single trailer breaks better, but a double trailer not that great easier to fish tail them real fast

then again i don't know about a tractor trailer pulling a Mobile home trailer how many tires it will have in totally ether, think they have double axles them so thats only 8-wheels on it

think he did not know how many tires in total is all.
