Damnit I'm going back to IE...

FF's starting to pee me off lol. I admit it's better than IE, but I prefer IE - because I'm more used to it.

The page encoding on FF always changes, I think it hogs more memory than IE, some page problems on MySpace, I hate it how a stupid download box just comes up when you're just saving a picture lol...

FF's great, I'll tell ya that, but I'm better off with IE, full stop.

Anyone prefer IE over FF?

Chris

chris you ever thing about netscape the browser is totally free and no adware or spyware with it come with its own anti: adware, adware with it free, best part it use FF & IE7 as will.

the drawback to windows will need IE to update windows it key to that.

www.netscape.com

it take time to get use! to all its goodies news release RSS feeds and other things come with it only like 8mb inside

it updated a lot as will, sample FF has a new update you get it real fast same for IE as will, besides netscape browser items

there no firewall, or snti-virus to it.

FF has an add on called IE tabs that lets you render pages as if they were in IE... thus, you can update windows through FF, or view websites that normally only work in IE.

As for the saving of files, yeah, that is a little bit of a pain... lol, mine is set to download to the desktop.... that way it is right there to get to after downloading.

Or set it to a folder, and make a short cut to it on your desktop.

Or just start right clicking the link and choosing Save link as... and it will let you choose where to save it.

I tried NS before Chief, and I didn't really like it. Screwed up the computer, and even if it didn't screw the computer up, I'd still probably not like it, but thanks for recommending it mate.

I might check that addon out icishoot, but may go back to IE if need be.

Anyone else...?

Chris
