ok, when try to intall itunes, i get this
ERROR 1607
Cannot run Install shield scripting
but then i try to fix it from these steps.

but the dl dosnt work , i get this(attachment)

RPC might not be started

Start it by Start -> run -> services.msc

Then go through the list till you come to "Remote Procedure Call" and start it by pressing > in the menu bar, it might give you an error, if so fix what it says is wrong
