My system been going bad for 6mo now, last 2-3 weeks it gone totally bad. pay a IT-Tech to work on my tower but there not much he can do. BOIS chip is going bad and all slave drive be it Hard Drive or CD/DVD are not working at all, and some other things.

shopping for a new tower "bare bone" kit at this time under USD-300.00.

i am looking at tirgerdirect.com for one at this time. for now updating windows 2000 pro throu windows update site and hardware too.

basic i transfer the DVD/CD writer and Cd writer, GFX-Card, Tv-Card and new Hard drive 300GB, key-broad, mouse to the new tower from this old one. anything other items need to come with the new tower.

still fishing around for a new tower.

na it was a new type of flu that blown away the bois chip.

i hate to be the one of many who get hit by new virus. it only after many get a virus they get it cover.

hope none of you all get that nasty virus and find your bois chip is not as good as it was before. j/k

will right now i having a big trouble getting windows update site to stop locking up on me when i go there to check for newer updates need tobe instill for this OS.

got MS-Office 2003 finnaly updated, only have windows to finish up on.

but it feel good to get online.
