CD Key

I lost my CD Case with my CD Key. I still have the game. Is the CD Key located on the disc anywhere? I assume it must be or how else would the number you enter be verified if your not hooked to the internet?

The number cannot be found on the CD Rom. Only a algorithm is stored somewere in the code which checkes if the key you entered is valid or not.

If companies would store the cdkey on each single CD rom it would mean that they have to make about 100000´s of different copys, because of the ever changing cd key.

you could call 1-818-878-0325 (9am-5pm M-F west coast USA time zone) novalogic tech see if your novaworld account has it log-in to it.

butt that would be hard reason would be they need to know its really your account so only way i can think of his PM one of the Tech team there in Novaworld then they would know it is you and not some facker trying to steal it.

www.novaworld.com log-in and Pm one of the tech support and tell them your story, you need recorded it into your novaworld acct as part of your profile right? if so they have it recorded.

i backup all my Key-codes on a CD-RW to use later on if need be, and i print all them up to use. don't have Key-codes listed in your HHD it maybe rip off keep them on a CD/Floppy or any other place to keep in a safe place.

i use Excel to recode all my Key-codes in, to many to dig up to look at when i need to use them. real handy to keep on a CD-RW or a Floppy then you can open up and copy & past them in faster.
