McCain tends to be conservative (by american standards) on Military issues, although he is quite liberal on fiscal matters and can swing either way on social issues.
Hes been dubbed a "Republican In Name Only (RINO)" by the National Federation of Republican Assemblies andthe Club for Growth, other notables RINO's are Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of NYC, Arnold Schwartzeneger of California, Colin Powell former secreatry of state and Rudy Guiliani former mayor of NY... |

I may vote for him if it is between him and Hillary. Rudy is also somewhat moderate on some issues. I'm tired of New York though and have been for years. Arnold cannot run. I honestly don't want the New York attitude in office. I'm a Southern Man and New Yorkers are just too much. 9/11 gave them so much but every American city could rebound just as much as any New Yorker could. Especially a southern City that survived Church burnings and desecration from the Union Army in the Civil War.

I think that he would be a safe bet for President...I mean the Dems have a women running...nothing against women...but I doubt Hiliary would able to handle what Bush does...

My money is still on Clinton v McCain in 2008, i reckon Rudy will be running with McClain. Im not sure who will runwith clinton, the obvious name is Reid but i cant see reid running under clinton. Gore wont want to be the VP again, Dean is out, Kerry is out, Edwards i dont think would be selected...

Hillary is a Southern woman herself. If she did win, she would be my Commander in Chief and I would believe and put my trust in her. I'm a midway moderate so I could sway either way. But I'd rather see McCain the POW Hero and Grandson of a Hero in office.

Hey if you believe the rumors in political circles clinton and mcclain might run a bi partisan campaign themselves which would be, well, amusing.

Hillary is new to Government Mike. Even if her husband is a has been jolly rancher. She's a trite, cheated on woman that could be bad for America. What Man wants that in office? Bitter sweet. She's a southern woman that has taken over New York, lmfao. That's why I love her. The South did rise again. End of story!
