Cool China to launch second manned mission.

http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/space/0....ap/index.html

The Chinese goverment seems determined to get into the space "race" with this second mission. Well I wish the astronauts the very best of luck what ever we may think of the Chinese goverment.

Regards

Does anyone know if there is a compiled list of all nations that have accomplished such a great task? (getting into space, or sent someone there)

I think the U.S.A., U.S.S.R. (now Russia of course) and China are the only countrys that have put people into outer space although the U.S. and Russia have taken or nationals into space.

I think the French have their own satelite lauch system and the Japanese too though I could be wrong bro.

I do know we in the U.K. had the Bluestreak rocket programme back in the 1960's but it was to costly to maintain so the programme was scrapped.

Warm Regards

Crazy Canadians J/K

That is interesting...germany would have gotten there if they wouldn't have tried to take over the world.

Sweden don't send up rockets in orbits but we do send up sientific gatherings using space rockets. Sweden is in on the International Space Station and have had Autronouts on the ISS so have Italy among other countries

Esrange is our launch site. And some of Esranges customers are: ESA, CNES, DLR, JAXA and NASA. Control and maintain satalites in orbit
