Picture looks weird and blury.

Put a border on it and fix the picture and you have an A+ grunge sig.

the problem is... i cant put layer mask on that picture .. so i had to do like that. and yes i used outer glow on that + a collor that matchs with bg

It is simple...


get the original picture....take the eraser and erase everthing around the dude. I'd use the airbrush it works like a charm.

Then Colorbalance the guy.
