a couple more problems
how do i get my wind filter to work? most fo the time it doesnt work
my polygon lasso tool wants to turn into a cirlce all of the time and when i go to fill it, it blurs out the edges and goes all on the outside. what do i have to click ot stop this? thanks

 i cant figure this out i cant get the wind to do it right now. but it puts lines through the letters or whatever im trying to give wind to
