The text effect was actually pretty easy to make, I can't remember the name of the font at the moment, but I did this:

1 pixel black stroke at 50% opacity
gradient overlay black to white, and I set it as high as it would go, so you only have a slight gradient
1 pixel bevel with contour
drop shadow



I left everything in grayscale and colored it at the end, so the text would match.
