Ok i have been wondering over a long time how all these people create these cool smileys it s like either the program they used allows you to telll it what to do or theres so many effects for the smileys for that program.So what programs could you use free you know download fro minternet for making cool smileys like this

u can do that easily in Adobe Imageready, it comes with photoshop. there are some animation tutorials here > http://www.good-tutorials.com/tutorials/12

i can do that with Paintshop pro 7 it come with a Animation Shop 3, made by: Jasc Software sad thing is don't think they make it anymore have to get Paint Shop Pro 9 USD-65.00 around about. can't say if it will have "Animation Shop" with it.

there is so many ways to do it and programs out there. basic it ether done by hand to say or a plugins these plug ins basic are shortcut to get the job done and save time. with plugins you find or make it up for a Image software or find one that was made for it same Photoshop 7 has some cool plugins and these only work for Photoshop 7 they will not work with Paintshop pro the settings are not the same. same goes the other way around too.
