It depends. Some graphics cards have two places to plug in a monitor, but they are two different types and you can only use one at a time.

Typing in caps lock LIKE THIS traditionally means your yelling, its considered rude and is taken literlly but alot of people, there no need to type in caps for 'attention' well see your post either way...

thats just crazy, its only capital letters, i dont see how it can be yelling? it isnt even sound, sum people take these computers too seriously!

seeing as it is not a sound then other things need to be used for emphasis like caps, italics, bold etc. it helps a lot when trying to make your point understood / read correctly.
